1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched.

2. Delivery Times & Rates

US, UK, Australia, Canada:
- DHL Standard: Free
- DHL Secured: $4.99 USD
- DHL Carbon Neutral: $2.99 USD
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days. Approximately 1 week if stock is running low.

All other countries:
- DHL International: $14.99 USD
Estimated delivery: approximately 1 week. Delivery times may vary by location.

3. Tracking
All orders include tracking. If you have not received a confirmation email within 24 hours of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us.

4. Customs & Import Duties
For some orders shipped, customs duties and import fees may apply according to local regulations. These charges are the customer's responsibility. TapeTox is not responsible for customs-related delays.

5. Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us and we will resolve it immediately.

6. Incorrect Address
Ensure your address is correct at checkout. TapeTox is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
